He was extremely responsive and really took into account what I was looking for/needs, and any budget concerns. His knowledge and explanations were extremely helpful for helping me decide what would work best for my needs. We discovered an issue during checkout with one of the promo's that wasn't properly applying the discount and he immediately jumped to a workaround solution to make sure everything was taken care of! Tanner was amazing and his support made the build and buying process extremely quick and easy!

I had a little issue of getting ahold of customer service this week but once i did i can see why. I had the Pleasure of speaking with Tanner who made the process of redesigning my order and getting me the rig i want for an amazing price a breath of fresh air. It was by far the best customer service experience I've ever had in my life. Tanner was polite, courteous, and an expert at what he does. Throw a parade in that guys honor.

Asked questions to the customer support, they helped out along every step and worked with me to fix any confusion or troubles I may have come across. These guys are outstanding.
