⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gaming PC Build   I wasn't sure what components was needed and worked with Tanner to help spec out and review my build. He was extremely responsive and really took into account what I was looking for/needs, and any budget concerns. His knowledge and explanations were extremely helpful for helping me decide what would work best for my needs. We discovered an issue during checkout with one of the promo's that wasn't properly applying the discount and he immediately jumped to a workaround solution to make sure everything was taken care of! Tanner was amazing and his support made the build and buying process extremely quick and easy!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing company.   I have this far had an amazing experience with this company. The website interface is amazing for doing a custom build. I had a little issue of getting ahold of customer service this week but once i did i can see why. I had the Pleasure of speaking with Tanner who made the process of redesigning my order and getting me the rig i want for an amazing price a breath of fresh air. It was by far the best customer service experience I've ever had in my life. Tanner was polite, courteous, and an expert at what he does. Throw a parade in that guys honor.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Customer service   I have come to talk to the customer service several times as I have yet to settle on a build and I had Andrew remember my request from the previous times even though I had forgotten it and it goes to show much they value their customer service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ He is the best!   Tanner Woodbrey, was an awesome sales rep done an outstanding job on my questions and quotes! Mr. Woodbrey was very polite and patient with me. Outstanding customer service and fella this is my second time ordering through Xidax very pleased!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great PC shop, even better customer service!   Was trying to find an online shop that could deliver to me over seas while I'm stationed here. Asked questions to the customer support, they helped out along every step and worked with me to fix any confusion or troubles I may have come across. These guys are outstanding. Can't recommend enough!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Patient and Informative   I had the pleasure to work with Tanner and I was immediately greeted with quality customer service. There was no wait for support, and He was very informative as I was browsing the sites selections. Ultimately, I ended up sending him links to what I was looking for and very quickly he sent me a link to the exact built I wanted. Tanner even assisted me through the checkout process and reassured me of the Lifetime Warranty and how this is the best deal for the money. I appreciate the personalized experience.
