⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Customer service I have come to talk to the customer service several times as I have yet to settle on a build and I had Andrew remember my request from the previous times even though I had forgotten it and it goes to show much they value their customer service.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great PC shop, even better customer service! Was trying to find an online shop that could deliver to me over seas while I'm stationed here. Asked questions to the customer support, they helped out along every step and worked with me to fix any confusion or troubles I may have come across. These guys are outstanding. Can't recommend enough!

I was at work and asked if we could take to conversation to chat, and he obliged. I had a really tight and strict budget and Tanner did a great job to make sure I got what I needed at the right price. My whole experience will definitely make me want to tell my community about this great company. A billion kudos to Tanner, he needs a raise for sure.

Gave me a good deal and kept me up to date on the rig and sent me photos of the laser engrave progress on the rig. The shipping wasn't bad took two days to get to my house with no damage. Will be using Xidax again to buy parts and upgrades 10/10 super friendly and helpful support team.

But not only was the customer service phenomenal, but I also was able to win a GPU upgrade through the raffle. Spencer was a huge resource for both the build and various customer service inquiries. Overall I am incredibly satisfied with my experience with Xidax. The PC itself was exactly what I expected and they made sure that I got the most for my money. It should be noted that I looked at several other custom PC building companies and none matched Xidax in terms of price nor customer service.

I was having some issues with my xidax computer and I was able to send it in directly to him for repair. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue (which required both a motherboard replacement and CPU replacement). He really knows his stuff and was really friendly. Thanks Frank!
